Undergraduate Studies

Undergraduate studies last for eight (8) semesters at minimum offering a Bachelor (BSc) in Chemistry. In order to obtain the BSc in Chemistry, students must pass successfully 45 courses in total, corresponding to 240 ECTS. From the total of 45 courses, the 36 are obligatory (195 ECTS) while the rest 9 are optional (45 ECTS). English language courses are being taught as well. Among the obligatory courses students must perform an undergraduate thesis (8th semester).

The optional courses could be selected among 54 courses offered by the department. Laboratory courses are obligatory. The department offers also a Wine Education certificate as well as Teaching and Pedagogical ability certificate.
